Dustin Moyer, DPM, is a podiatrist and foot and ankle surgeon. He sees patients at Park Center Foot and Ankle Clinic in Boise, Idaho, where he works alongside Dr. Randy Lowe.
Dr. Moyer is a Treasure Valley native. He graduated from Eagle High School and Boise State University, and his family’s roots here run deep. His mother grew up off Apple Street in East Boise, and he spent his childhood skiing, camping, and fishing in the West Central Mountains, from McCall to the Sawtooths. Before podiatry school, he spent several years working as a medical assistant at a Treasure Valley foot and ankle practice.
Dr. Moyer earned his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from Barry University in Miami Shores, Florida. He went on to train and practice in the greater Seattle area before coming home to Idaho to care for patients in the community where he grew up.
At Park Center Foot and Ankle Clinic, Dr. Moyer treats a wide range of foot and ankle conditions, including heel pain and plantar fasciitis, bunions, hammertoes, ingrown toenails, fungal toenails, warts, sports injuries, ankle sprains, and diabetic foot care. He also treats children, with patience and plain explanations for parents. When surgery is the right choice, he focuses on minimally invasive techniques for bunions and hammertoes, which use smaller incisions than traditional surgery.
Dr. Moyer has a special interest in regenerative medicine and advanced non-surgical care. He offers shockwave therapy and laser therapy for stubborn heel pain and tendon problems, along with in-office laser and light-based treatment for fungal toenails.
His approach is simple: evidence-based care, honest answers, and time to explain your options. He uses the newest treatments when the research supports them and skips them when it does not.
Dr. Moyer is a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association (APMA), the American Academy of Podiatric Sports Medicine (AAPSM), the Idaho Podiatric Medical Association (IPMA), and the American College of Podiatric Physicians and Surgeons (ACPPS).
